• Cancellations or changes made with more than 24 hours' notice can be rescheduled free of charge.

• Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a 50% cancellation fee.

• Missed appointments or cancelled appointments at the time of appointment may be charged 100% of the treatment cost.

• Lateness for the appointment may result in reduced time to carry out your full appointment or cancellation

• Gift Vouchers are valid for 1 year from the time of purchase.
