First-time appointments include an additional 30-minute consultation at no extra charge. This allows us time to discuss your health history, well-being goals, and any areas where you would like support, ensuring your treatment is tailored to your individual needs.

Extended Wellbeing Sessions (90 min)

Looking for a little extra time to unwind? You can extend any 60-minute treatment to a 90-minute treatment, allowing for a deeper relaxation. Alternatively, you can enjoy a combination treatment that blends two services together within the same appointment. For example, 60-minute foot reflexology with an additional 30-minute hand reflexology.
